Need a fancy jacket for a special occasion.. Here it is. Never worn but tags got lost somewhere. Karen Miller New York is the designer. Rhinestones down the center and around neckline. Can't go wrong with black. There are no tags inside the garment but I wear a large and it fits me but I think it could work for medium as well.
