girlfriendznc @teachtye hello thanks for your interest. The XL should be able to fit. Not the XXL. I have big arms and wear a 2x and I couldn’t get my upper arm(the biggest part of my arm) in it. So I’m sure the XL will fit what you wear(12/14).
