shell143@nataliethemom sorry! I was laying my daughter down for a nap. I think they are! The ones I've tried s far had a green tea taste with a slight sweetness or a oolong type flavor with some sweetness:) they're all natural and full of antioxidants. I'm sure if you wanted a more pick me up taste, a peppermint leaf added would give it that. :)
