I bought this from another seller, but it didn’t end up fitting me. The spots are on the inside lining of the dress, they can’t be seen from the outside. I don’t know what caused them since the dress came this way. The straps are adjustable, and so is the knot in the front. The size tag has been cut out, but I’m 97% sure it is a size small. :)
