This shirt is seamless, a mix of polyester, nylon, and spandex. So the material is lightweight and breathable, making it perfect for running or other workouts. It has a great color and it's form-fitting. My favorite part are the thumb holes 😋 So cute, but I've only worn it once since it's too hot for long-sleeves in LA!!
