busybeemomto3 @myfashbash I went on my app a few hours ago to check on the status. Per the app, it said it hadn't been mailed yet and I could cancel be chase it hadn't been sent. So, I cancelled. After, I was looking for a link to send you a message about what happened when I saw it actually had been mailed and was en route......

busybeemomto3 @myfashbash I then wrote in to Customer service explaining what happened and asking them for their help as I don't understand why their app would tell me it wasn't sent and encourage me to cancel and then in another part of their app it says it will be delivered Friday. I haven't gotten a response yet. But, that's what happened.

myfashbash @busybeemomto3 I got a message yesterday morning saying in transit from M then today cancelled. I reached out to them and 5he asked for the order number to look into it. I will let you know when I hear back. They are looking into it. Their app must have issues because this makes no sense at all.

busybeemomto3 @myfashbash they told me to not accept it when it comes. Again, I emailed them, upset because their app told me two different things. We will figure it out. They refunded my money but if we have to do it again we will:)

myfashbash @busybeemomto3 so they basically told me to try and re route it which I can't do. So then they said you can reject it. It will come back then we can start all over. What do you think? I don't understand why they can't just accept payment.
