@driasofia @cxmposed I will take measurements this evening when I get home. As for the bra, it depends. The cut of the dress allows for it to be worn with a bra without parts of the bra showing. However, the fabric is dark and thick enough to cover if you didn't wear a bra, but it doesn't provide any support.

Sorry for the delay ladies. Laying flat, the natural waist (right above belly button) is about 14.5", the low waist (2-3 inches below belly button) is about 16", and the hips about 20". @cxmposed @driasofia
