nruss831 I bought a bag from you over 2 weeks ago and it had not been shipped. I reached out to you multiple times with no response and it says you have been on here feb 1. My order was over $100. I need some kind of update. This just isn't right at all. This is a present for someone and I wrapped a picture of it because it didn't come in time.
