shelbkeith5 @taylorgirl98 you usually want a half a size smaller then what you usually wear. But for me that wasn't the case I needed the exact size. And if you've never had them before I recomend them! They last forever! I'm currently wearing a pair from 3 and a half years ago. And they still work like a charm. I love them :)
