bhwardrobe @justarnile Haha no worries. I'm not creative in photography :P. There is a difference on the Tapage charm. The one that is made in 2012 has a rough metal feel and edge cut. The 2013 feels more roundness and smoother feel. I hope that makes sense >_<.

spyfytiffy Did the Tapage charms prior to 2013 have the date code on the actual clasp and not on the other little metal tab? I have seen both ways

bhwardrobe @ctrotter1 Prior to 2013, the date code was on the clasp but the current ones are on the tag. So if there is a Tapage charm without a date code (neither clasp nor tag), then it's highly likely that it's fake. That's just specifically for the Tapage charm because there are much older authentic charms that have no date codes. Be sure to ask the seller to double check because the date codes on the clasp are sometimes lightly etched so it may be difficult to see. Hope that helps :)

I'll have to go back to the drawing board. She had it on hold for me, now she said Poshmark let someone else purchase it even though it was on hold. Guess it meant I didn't need to purchase that one. bhwardrobe @lildoxis The little tag is a newer addition since 2012 /2013 (estimation). Older charms do not have date codes but there are a select few. I recommend to have it professionally authenticated by Kaleigh Kirby who works for Reality Check Authentications . com
