lilytran7 @rachelwhithom80 certainly! Shoulder to hem is 19.5”; cross chest 12” with 2 strings (to make a cute bow) on the back to adjust the fit on the chest. And yes, all of my items are 100% handmade and homemade :)

lilytran7 @rachelwhithom80 I say it runs big because my 2 yo daughter (24 lbs) fit it loosely (she fits common brands like Carter’s and Target Cat&Jack in size 2T)
