This is the Virgin Mary Artisan-style skirt, Heartbreaker label (former name of Heart of Haute), circa 2009. Size medium (follows same size chart as HOH, which is included for reference). Ties at waist. Worn less than 5 times, still vibrant, cotton fabric.

@annabellesgirls there is a zipper on the side (I wore on my left side and the tie started at the middle of the back). No elastic, wide waistband but not a lot of stretch. I have a 31” waist right now and can still zip all the way if I “suck it in” but it’s not as comfortable as if I were to have it tailored.
