Please see pics for wear. Bag is super soft leather and capable of holding up to 17” laptop. No shoulder strap came with it, nor are there loops for adding one. No scuffs on bottom and only wear is on the the handles. Can easily be wrapped or shoe cobbler can add the little coating to make look new again. Handles are not coming apart or unstitched, only has the rubberized coating wearing off in middle. Can’t be seen easily
