tiffchism is it true to size or does it give? like the site says L is 12-14 but just wondering if it is oversized

ebradach @tiffchism good question! I am not quite sure. I purchased without checking the size chart so it just wasn't the right fit for me. I am happy to add true measurements in photos if that would be helpful!
