So basically what I have done in the past is either go braless (benefits of having ta ta's that aren't overly endowed) or worn a self adhesive stick on bra, you can literally get these types of bra's almost anywhere (Target, Amazon, eBay, Kohls.)

lechatnoir95 @kat_max Something else you could also do would be to wear patsies if you aren't feeling going braless but don't want the hassle of wearing a chicken cutlet looking mofo on the twins. Basically patsies prevent nip slips of any sort so we aren't redoing Super Bowl Janet Jackson. Ha! Oh lordie. I could send you some links to the products I mentioned above if you would be interested. lechatnoir95 @jsansone0302 I personally think the small fits perfectly well. I am actually shorter (about the same weight as you) and I went with the small when I purchased this. The dress is definitely on the shorter side for somebody who is taller but since we are both midgets, it works out.
