@lalexander5592 I'm 5'8" size 4 and cannot get this skirt to zip over my hips (36" at fullest). When it fit me, I was closer to size 2 and the silhouette was high waisted. The length was about to my ankles (off the floor). Let me know if you'd like any measurements or other questions answered.
