Not brand new!!! The fabric has some flaws / mirror holes and has some stretched thread in some areas as well. The end of the green bow has some staining pointed to very clearly. I have not attempted to remove the stains. There are also two other areas of stained dots on fabric also pointed to clearly in photos. NOT perfect! This item is from the early 2000’s I believe I purchased it around 2005 or so in Europe!
