This was a very loved bag once upon a time. There are marking on outside and someone went pen crazy on inside as it has a lot of pen marks on inside. I pictured as much as I could so please make sure to view all pictures. I did clean the purse up and applied leather conditioner to the purse to bring some life back into tote. purse does not have an insert at bottom to keep flat. I had a piece of cardboard inserted when taking pictures just to give an idea of what it looks like full. Tote will come ready to use upon delivery. Comes from a smoke free but pet friendly home.
