great condition color block high waisted mini skirt, from Urban Outfitters, only worn once! Marked a small but runs small, I am a 25 and its uncomfortably tight on waist for me to keep. Stretchy and thick material with thick and tight stretch waistband. Snatches the waist tbh. Hips fit good. Bodycon/ a line fit with high waist. No holes rips or stains!
