Hi! I am normally an 8 but sometimes a 7.5 and I was told that these shoes run big so I got a 7.5 and they were perfect. I seriously only wore them for 2 or 3 hrs so they didn't stretch or anything but I hear that they do stretch a little if you wear them more often. Hope that helps :)
