I listed my Louis Vuitton lumineuse on there for sales (needed the money) someone bought it without question ask when the Louis sales was going on. So here I'm waiting for the money to be release to me she requested for a return to tradesy to have them check to make sure it's authentic cause she say she can't seem to find the date code anywhere on the bag.

And you know date code sometime hidden and small. But I know for a fact my bag is authentic cause I posted a pic of date code too. So after like 8 days they finally release the money just today. 😢 I have other item listed on there just afraid to go thru the same thing over again.

@tkdo818 I'm so sorry that happened :(. Most of my sales come from there, and I ran into 2 problems (two different buyers couldn't locate the date code) but Tradesy has taken my side as they are authentic. Honestly, I don't mind if they return it because as long as the item is authentic and described accurately, the item will be returned for Tradesy to sell. It's just unfortunate that you had an unlucky buyer but thankfully, Tradesy took your side.

@tkdo818 I suggest that in the near future, if the buyer buys without questions, I still communicate with them such as when I'm shipping them and letting them know to ask me any questions upon receiving it even though they don't reply back to me. That way I hope that they'll come to me first for problems and not trying to return. You can also put in every description to remind buyers about contacting you prior to purchase if that helps.

I guess the thing was just the whole waiting period. And the bag I sold I bought it second from someone who didn't use it so it was like brand new and I didn't get a chance to use it either so when she return I was nervous too to asking myself omg what happen if the bag isn't authentic. Then my over 2k bag is gone. But since I love Louis so much I can kinda figure out when the bag is real and fake.

Then I was afraid she didn't send tradesy my bag that I send her but another bag (lol silly me to think like that, this was my first big sales on there) I even contact tradesy about being scam before I accepted the sales but tradesy told me not to worry and that buyer and seller are protected too

Sigh, I think I give up on selling stuff on tradesy. I just sold another item and before I confirm the sales I even ask her if there any question she want to ask about the item. She say no and everything is fine. Now that she got the item she say she not happy about it and want to return it
