Anthropologie Hutch bright red smocked drop waist midi dress size XXSP, in excellent condition as I never got to wear this out. Note that the smocking makes the upper torso very comfortable and flexible with sizing. It can fit a size XXS-S. I am a 32D and 25-26 inch waist (usually XS-S) and this dress fits me comfortably. The dress flares and flows into an A line and is double layered in the skirt. It’s made of an airy and breathable cotton shell with a poly inner lining.
