ashleyy_35Im so sorry to see that you are disappointed with your purchase. I didnt notice the wear around the cuffs & should have inspected the sweatshirt closer before writing the description. I strive to be as open as possible about the condition of my items as I know that shopping from sites like this can be a gamble.

ashleyy_35As for the dog hair—I washed the item before shipping but made the mistake of putting it on my rug as I was packaging it up. I have received items with animal hair and felt pretty disappointed as well. I hope that it was enough of a deal that it mostly makes up for these things. Im sorry again!!
