This dress is super flattering, and screams glamor. The labels are what is pictured. May have been a custom costume piece. Single shoulder strap (repeat bows on elastic), heart neckline (light wire inside for shape). The original hanging straps (pictured) are still on it. The only “flaw” is a few very minor marks at the hem of the skirt.
