This is a vibrant oil painting on canvas titled "Bluebonnet Galore in Texas" by artist L. Dirosario, dated September 1996. A classic Texas Hill Country landscape featuring a vast field of blooming bluebonnet wildflowers under a bright, cloudy sky. The artwork showcases a dense foreground of blue flowers, a cluster of green trees on the left, and rolling hills leading to a distant body of water in the background. The piece uses thick, textured brushstrokes, characteristic of impressionistic floral landscapes common in Texan art. Laurence DiRosario (1932–2021) was an American artist known for his impressionistic landscapes. He studied at the Pratt Institute and Cornell University before spending much of his career in Ohio and later relocating to Katy, Texas.
