Figure skater style mini dress with a mock neck from Forever 21. Size medium, was one of the last things i purchased before the stores closed. Tags have been removed but i never wore it as it's too mini for my personal style. Bodice is sheer mesh, so i suggest wearing a body suit under or a bralette. Floral print is made of flocking to give them a velvet feel. Bust 32"-36"
