questinmark @fradykat7 Hiya....so I've had a good look at the sleeves and hem. The stitching is exactly the same, so I believe there have been no alterations at all. The hem is straight. There is slight intentional pleating coming down from the embroidery between the pockets. It doesn't hang well in the pictures because it is an XL top hanging on a size small mannequin, but it's the only one I have...lol!
