Vintage 80's baby toddler little girls white and pink polka-dot prairie night gown dress! Was mine as a little girl and one of my favorites. Ruffle hem that dips lower in the center. Lace trim and detail with hot Pink ribbon. Does have an all over pilling. Has has a fresh wash. Happy to answer any questions ♡♡ Measurements: Pit to pit - 12 1/2 inches across.
