PunkRave brand blouse/coat! I got some use out of this back when it suited my style, but it’s been sitting in my closet for too long. Gorgeous piece! Large functional cloth buttons, w lace and velvet detailing. Fully lined inside. 3/4 sleeves w a high flared collar.
**Note: Some buttons are loose from wear, and there are some runs/imperfections on the edges of sleeves as pictured!**
