Two framed prints from Charleston SC. Pink framed one is “Poogan’s porch” gold framed one is “Early morning walk” pink print frame has a nick at the bottom and separation at the bottom corners. Can probably be fixed easily, paid 100 originally for both, asking 75 for both or 50 for gold frame and 35 for pink frame
