NWT, they have been tried on and walked around in. My sister realized that one is a 10 and the other is a 9. So I suggest that a person who is buying these be a 9. You can't tell when your wearing, but the price will certainly reflect that. The last pic shows the difference, which is less than 1/2 inch. Really cute boots.
