The skirt is high waist, elastic waist band, button closure, two side pockets, and pleats. 100 polyester. Label reads top: 8, bottom: 12 // best fit m-xl Measures: top: 16” shoulder to shoulder / 21” underarm to underarm / 23” sleeve length / 15” garment length. Bottom: 28” waist / 42” hips / 34” length.
