I bought this dress for a Betty Boop cosplay.
The color is a true cherry red and the sweatheart neckline was perfect.
The picture of it on me is deceiving because it's been rolled up at the waist to look shorter.
Should fit a bust of 33-36" perfectly.
The red pumps are also listed.
