I bought these and wore them once because they are very long on me, I am these would fit someone better that is around 5'6+. The wide legged part is 12", but that is only the bottom part since it has more of a disco look. This material is stretchy so it can fit a Medium. From the very top of the pants to the very bottom they are 42"
