Very pretty loose chiffon top with open sleeves and camisole lining on top and a stand-out sequin mini on the bottom. The navy color is a nice change from the standard black that everyone else wears. Add a cute clutch and a statement ring for a great look for a night out. **I am lowering the price on this due to some of the sequins missing on the bottom.
