@bonniamanda I think if you have the bust to fill it out you could wear it strapless but it doesn’t have boning to hold it up. I’ll get the measurements to you by tomorrow. Thanks for your interest!

Please note that the dress has a good amount of stretch to it. The models measurements are 34-26-36
