Like new! Used for about a month and it was never put on the floor! Impulsively bought it and I barely use it. Very firm bag and has two pouches inside (pictured) and a zipper for feminine products. No scratches or scuffs, even the bottom of the bag looks brand new!! Has a removable shoulder strap which is inside the purse.
