Super cute with a black blouse and black pointed toe flats!! They flow a little and aren't skin tight. The front ties and has little flaps as I like to call them. The back of the shorts look exactly like the front except for the little flaps and the ribbon. The back side of the waist band is elastic. There is also an inner liner.
