Hi, are these a really skinny leg? Also, I am not familiar with H&M fit, dies thier size 8 tend to run smaller or bigger? I wear an 8 and sometimes 10.

I sometimes wear an 8 too and they are to loose on me and long.
I'm short the skinny leg I thought wouldn't matter, since I'm 5'0, but still too long.
They are not skin skinny.
