Pre-loved but is still in great condition! The phone is a hard/soft silicone rubber case, the part with the 'C's is harder/tougher than the inner solid black case. As seen in pictures, there are a few marks on the inside of the case, although they will be hidden once the phone is inside! I will also clean it before I ship it out! Each of the 'C's on the outside of the case are outlined in the same metallic silver as the part which says 'COACH New York'.
