This is a vintage Lisa Frank kaleidoscope from the 1990's. It has hummingbirds, butterflies, and roses on it, and it is very neon and colorful. It is fully functioning, and is in brand new condition, with zero flaws or fading. Very cute decoration for a bookshelf or dresser. Cute kids toy. Collectible.
