This is NOT a NWT COAT. it was used for 1 season. There are no tears in this coat. The hood is detachable. I am sure if you have it dry cleaned any Minor stain. Will come out. If you want me to dry clean I would have to sell for the price listed. I have had this coat in storage for a few years. It is A Size SMALL & a slim fit. I find it tight on me and that is the reason I am selling this coat. The lowest I will take for this coat is $145. I hope I have answered all your questions. Thank you
