@mrsmedina6809 didnt mean to offend you if you feel like i did that on purpose, ive never had something not deliver so i had called .p.a.y.p.a.l. first and the automated system made the claim and then told me to contact the seller aka you, so i was just following the steps they gave me.

@melissabehymer I did feel a little offended because this has never happened to me before and I sell all the time..I called p a y p a l to fix this and try canceled the claim cuz they saw I shipped and it says delivered so it's out of my hands but they said for u to check with your po and mailman he or she might of delivered it to the wrong mail box...I'm sorry this happened but please check with them
