Almost brand new had it for barely 4 months works excellent still have box and all paper work and original charger and packaging only thing is the glass on the back camera came out can have it fixed for $20 or so the camera still works awesome it's just the glass covering is missing the price is firm on this item seeing I paid $600 for it not even 4 months ago just upgraded to the g4
