@yvette626 measurements were taken with the dress laying flat. Waist is 15". Bust is 17 and length is 34" taken from the shoulder strap.

@krispug23 15"flat is that the elastic? Reason I'm asking is my waist is 27"/28" so if it's 15"/30"flat might look too big..even with belt? What do you think?

That is with the elastic not stretched. We have the same waist size and I wore this and didn't think it fit too big...all the dresses you are looking at I can wear and they look fine. I can try it on tonight and post a pick of it on to give you a better idea.
