twopugsnme @jbooncome I got your message about canceling the sale, I messaged my account manager yesterday three times and got a reply every time yesterday from him telling me if I cancel any sales it will put my closet under review and they could possibly suspend my closet.

twopugsnme @jbooncome I asked why if it was the buyer that requested the cancellation, not me, could that happen? He sent me the policy regarding cancellations and told me that they've had too many cancellations and when a seller lists on their site and a buyer purchases it's a binding sale and whomever cancels a sale goes against the agreement they have to use their site! I'm not in the position to take that chance.

twopugsnme @jbooncome I even asked him to check our messages and see it was not me that wanted to cancel would he guarantee me that my closet would not be affected by it and he could not guarantee that.
