@mynameanda yes they're both authentic. I bought the Tumi from Tumi at Cabazon Ca. No there's no dust bag.. The DKNY is authentic. I bought that in Century 21 in NEw York..no tears or stains. On the Tumi bag . It shows the normal wear of the leather handle but it's in very good condition as well as the DKNY.. Hope this answers your question .
