stephanielr84 @kellispaulding hi! Less than a 5. They are not horrible they are just not new. There are a few faint spots around the toe and around the back but I have never tried to clean I do not have the cleaner UGG sells. I just want to make sure I disclose to avoid complaints but honestly not that bad
