No damage, just been thrown around in a box but no crazy scratches, dents, or anything like that. The bottoms are new as well, in the picture there's crumbs and stuff on it from being worn in the house haha. @mosha

Yes true to size. They are a 7 1/2 and I had my friend try them on who is a 7 1/2 and said they fit just fine.
