Last time I ordered from them they somehow lost my order confirmation. I wanted to return a pair of shoes and they said that I never ordered them! I even sent pictures of the shoes and order slip that was in the box. They argued with me for awhile until I gave up and sold the shoes on ebay. I told them never again and they tried rubbing a discount code in my face so I would continue to shop from there.

@shethinksugly omg that's ridiculous! Yeah I haven't bought anything there in forever bc they don't have any unif any more and they changed all of their jeffrey campbell so you can't use the discount codes on them! On top of which they are super hard to communicate with when you need help fixing your order x( oh well, thank heavens for posh, I buy almost all of my clothes here now lol
